Oversee all financial operations of the organization
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team
Manage multiple facilities and budgets
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Position Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement financial strategies
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
Monitor cash flow and financial performance
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Position Skills:
Degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial management
Strong management skills
Proven track record as a leader in a financial role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
AIA Billing experience preferred!
The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
