About the Role The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Chainlink Labs’ global tax framework, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with our international growth. This role requires a hands‑on, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and takes full ownership of tax deliverables.

Your Impact This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the foundation of a scalable, compliant, and forward‑looking tax infrastructure for a rapidly growing global technology company. The successful candidate will support the Corporate Tax team in managing and optimising U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, while contributing to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing global tax compliance cycles and ensuring timely filings across jurisdictions.

Assisting in the preparation of tax provisions, reconciliations, and documentation to support audit readiness.

Supporting the execution of global tax planning initiatives.

Driving efficiency in tax processes, including automation initiatives and cost reduction in tax compliance.

Supporting all Transfer Pricing‑related activities.

Collaborating closely with local advisors.

Supporting all tax ad‑hoc requests as needed.

Key Skills Include

The individual must be a self‑starter, a fast learner and take full ownership of the assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

Willing to grow in a startup environment, open‑minded, adaptable, and hard‑working.

The candidate is expected to have strong U.S. Federal and state tax knowledge and have experience assisting with international tax and foreign local tax.

Have strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow among various cross‑functional teams.

Effective time management and prioritisation skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role.

5+ years of U.S. and international tax experience with top‑tier accounting/consulting firms or Blockchain/crypto companies.

Ability to perform tax research and form opinions on U.S. and international tax matters.

Requirements

Proven track record of ownership and organisation of tax compliance/reporting and tax operational processes.

Ability to prepare and maintain audit‑ready tax workpapers and documentation.

Solid foundation in accounting principles, including reconciliation of tax accounts.

Experience with global tax compliance and assisting with transfer pricing workpaper/documentation.

Experience with global tax provision, process and controls.

Ability to perform tax research and prepare a summary of findings/conclusions.

Proactive, agile, and positive mindset in anticipating changes in tax priorities/tax consequences, either due to rapid changes in business mode, company structure/direction or changes in personal circumstances of the owners.

Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.

Effective and proactive communicator and collaborator with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to actively listen, capture key points accurately, and distil complex discussions into clear, organised notes that drive follow‑up actions and decisions.

Work ethic; resourcefulness and reliability/accountability.

Preferred Requirements

Masters in Taxation, LLM, CPA.

Extensive experience in a Web3 Blockchain technology company advising on U.S. and international tax for products and transactions.

Experience with foreign local tax.

Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tax frameworks and emerging regulatory areas (crypto, digital assets, Web3).

Strong problem‑solving mindset and openness to working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
