Chief Financial Officer
Skilled Wound Care is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with expertise to provide strategic financial leadership. This role is crucial for building robust financial infrastructure and optimizing capital. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and rigorously implement comprehensive financial strategies that are precisely aligned with the company’s scientific milestones and long‑term business objectives. Offer invaluable financial advice to the CEO and executive team on all critical financial matters, including strategic licensing agreements and vital industry partnerships. Lead all aspects of financial planning, detailed budgeting, accurate forecasting, and sophisticated long‑range financial modeling. Financial Operations & Risk Management: Oversee all core financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, payroll processing, and tax compliance. Establish and vigorously maintain robust internal controls, sound financial policies, and streamlined procedures, ensuring compliance with accepted accounting standards pertinent to the industry. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and insightful management reports. Proactively manage cash flow, optimizing working capital efficiency, and actively identify opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred). CPA License Required. 10+ years progressive financial leadership, with 3‑5+ years as a CFO/VP Finance. Strong accounting knowledge, analytical, and communication skills. Company Recognition
