At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. In capital markets accounting advisory services, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Responsibilities
Advise on technical accounting and financial reporting
Lead teams and manage client accounts
Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
Maintain project success and uphold standards

Identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience
CPA License (or equivalent accounting certification in the home country for international hires). Hires from a PwC affiliate firm must meet the credential requirements for a PwC US manager in that affiliate firm.
What Sets You Apart
Advising multi‑national companies on technical accounting
Experience with IPOs, debt offerings, private placements
Experience with acquisitions, alliances, post‑deal accounting
Experience with restructurings, restatements, bankruptcies
Experience with GAAP conversions and accounting complexity
Managing teams in a professional services firm
Innovating through new and existing technologies
Working with large, complex data sets
Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements
Qualifications & Compensation The salary range for this position is: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
