Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter BHSI is at an exciting inflection point. Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Own end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offers.
Innovate and implement processes that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities globally.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every hire strengthens our business and culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience, at least 7-10+ years, in Talent Acquisition within property casualty insurance is a must. Broader financial services is also considered.
A builder’s mindset – comfortable creating structure where none exists.
Strong research, sourcing, and assessment skills.
A collaborative approach and a passion for doing things the right way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and leaders.
Global experience working across multiple geographies.
