A Highly Regarded Litigation Team Is Seeking a Talented Associate With 1 To 5 Years Of Experience Handling Class Actions, Commercial Disputes, And Financial Restructuring Litigation. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Significant Experience Managing All Phases Of Complex Commercial Litigation, Including
Drafting and responding to complaints
Handling discovery and depositions
Motion practice and pretrial strategy
Trial preparation and appellate briefing
Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and experience at a comparable law firm.
Practice Overview This litigation group represents sophisticated global clients in high-stakes disputes across sectors. The team is known for its strategic litigation approach, commercial acumen, and commitment to client success—whether resolving matters through negotiation or litigation.
Qualifications
1–5 years of litigation experience, including class actions and commercial matters
Familiarity with financial restructuring litigation is a plus
Stellar academic credentials
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Prior experience at a peer law firm strongly preferred
Licensed or eligible to practice law in Texas
