Senior Consultant – OCM, Workforce Transformation
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Technology‑focused Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design experience within several of our focus industries.
Responsibilities
Support client engagement teams in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning, and/or Organizational Design services
Lead a small team of analysts and consultants
Responsible for gathering client data and providing analysis to support design of solutions
Support development of work products following project guidelines, such as creating communications, end‑user documentation, and job aids
Track program metrics and status
Lead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process
Actively contribute your ideas to provide solutions for clients
Support the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology
Independently lead client meetings or change visioning workshops
Build an OCM strategy / plan
Identify and manage stakeholders
Lead culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning
Design and deliver communications in print, web, and talking points
Analyze and share "what's changing" information about the work and organization
Manage development of training strategy and oversee training delivery
Design new/revised jobs and organizations
Align HR policies and practices with the new way of working
Facilitate business implementation readiness through a network of client business representatives
Lead substantial workstreams successfully; focus on business impact and results; identify and track output parameters
Deliver accurate, clear, and concise messages that inform and frequently persuade audiences to take action
Systematically break down complex problems or processes into manageable parts, using advanced techniques and charts
Adapt to the needs of diverse audiences and/or complex situations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
At least 5 years of experience in Organization Change Management.
Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.

Must be a resident of one of our Hub locations (or live within a 2‑hour distance to the Hub Location) – Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Bridgewater NJ, Atlanta, Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively analyze data, interview and metrics and communicate results to management.
Organized and able to work independently.
Ability to work as part of a cross‑cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
Desire to work in a global delivery environment working on large complex programs.
Use of all MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, Instructional Design or other related fields.
Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
Can lead substantial workstreams successfully; focus on business impact and results.
Ability to build enduring relationships with client team members.
Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities.
Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn’t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done.
Creative problem solver.
Compensation For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, NJ states, estimated annual compensation will be $130,000 to $177,000.
