We are seeking a Junior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in San Jose, United States. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative technology solutions to address their challenges. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements Develop and present tailored solution proposals to meet client needs Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to process improvements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Support senior consultants in complex client engagements Prepare and maintain project documentation Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field 0-2 years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) Knowledge of CRM systems Basic understanding of software development processes Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Basic understanding of business processes and technology solutions Additional Information
