Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a boutique investment firm (~$20B AUM) that is seeking to add a Senior Fund Accountant to their team. The firm offers strong long‑term career development and a supportive leader known for mentorship, maintaining a team with very low turnover.
Pay Range : $100,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr (base pay)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for investment funds in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and supporting workpapers.
Ensure accuracy of capital calls, distributions, allocations, and carried interest calculations.
Monitor management fees, performance fees, and expense allocations.
Assist in preparing investor reporting packages, capital account statements, and ad hoc analyses.
Support responses to investor inquiries regarding fund performance, allocations, and statements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally with Big 4 audit experience auditing private equity, fund‑to‑funds, hedge fund, and/or VC clients.
