The Associate supports all aspects of BXMA’s Advisory business by working closely with Institutional Client Solutions, Investment, Portfolio, Business & Financial Evaluation, Legal & Compliance and other teams to deliver world‑class service to Advisory investors. The Associate will have significant exposure to all types of hedge‑fund investment strategies. Responsibilities
Manage projects and track deliverables. Document client feedback and analyze information. Prepare and present business updates. Maintain systems and data; perform data analytics. Innovate processes and create new bespoke reporting while enhancing existing reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of industry experience. Self‑starter, highly organized, detail‑oriented. Desire to work in a dynamic environment. Ability to handle large amounts of performance and other data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau. Preferred Qualifications
Passion for global financial markets and hedge funds. Prior experience with consulting, client service, or hedge funds. Python skills. Compensation
Expected annual base salary range: $120,000 – $170,000 per year. Benefits
