Recruiting Finance, Accounting & Real Estate Leaders across the US A pivotal CFO opportunity has emerged within a rapidly expanding, multi-brand hotel chain. Overseeing a diversified portfolio of 150 properties, this executive will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. The CFO will lead a high‑performing finance organization, driving operational excellence across accounting, financial operations, treasury, and expense management to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and compliance across a multi‑unit hotel portfolio.
Lead all centralized financial operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong vendor relationships.
Direct treasury operations, including liquidity management, banking relationships, cash forecasting, and capital allocation.
Implement robust expense management frameworks and cost‑control strategies to improve profitability across 150 hotels.
Partner closely with Operations, Development, and HR to drive financial performance, budget management, and strategic planning.
Lead internal controls, policy development, and risk management initiatives to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
Optimize financial systems, strengthen reporting capabilities, and drive standardization across all properties.
Provide actionable insights through KPI development, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support executive decision‑making.
Mentor, develop, and elevate a large team of finance professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive leadership within hospitality, retail, restaurants, or other multi‑unit operational environments.
Proven expertise in accounting, AP operations, treasury management, and expense control.
Demonstrated success managing distributed financial operations across large portfolios or multi‑site businesses.
Strong system optimization experience (ERP, reporting tools) and a track record of process improvement.
Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
High integrity, sound judgment, and a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach.
