Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) Job Summary: Join the Move Up ABA Maryland team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our expert clinical staff to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapies and support. Responsibilities: Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with children and adults with ASD, utilizing established treatment protocols and procedures Implement individualized treatment plans, adapting as needed to optimize client progress and outcomes Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and refine treatment plans Provide support and guidance to family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders Requirements: Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD, ABA therapy, or a related field Certification:
