The Recruiting Team @ Pave We are a high‑impact team that partners directly with leadership to build world‑class GTM and R&D organizations. We own end‑to‑end hiring across all levels, shape how we attract and close top talent in a competitive market, and provide autonomy to innovate on process. What You’ll Do Build high‑quality talent pipelines for both GTM and R&D roles across all levels using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, then develop targeted sourcing strategies and manage candidate outreach at scale. Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences that generate interest and drive response rates, positioning Pave’s mission and opportunity in a competitive market. Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication to ensure smooth, efficient hiring processes and an exceptional candidate experience. Qualify and present sourced candidates to recruiters with relevant context and market insights, maintaining organized pipelines in Greenhouse to track progress and handoffs. Research talent markets, competitors, and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and provide recruiting teams with actionable insights on hiring feasibility. Track and report on sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion) and coordinate recruiting operations to continuously improve team effectiveness and efficiency. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of sourcing experience in a recruiting environment, ideally supporting both technical and GTM hiring at a startup or fast‑paced tech company. Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Modernloop, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Expert‑level Boolean search skills and a creative approach to finding talent beyond the usual channels. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox and tells a compelling story. Highly organized and metrics‑driven – you can manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and use data to optimize your approach. Compensation Salary is just one component of Pave’s total compensation package. The targeted cash compensation for this position is $79,000 – $94,000, with potential adjustments based on experience and interview performance.
