Requirements
- Board Certification: Eligible
- License Requirement: Licensed in CA only
- Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
- Active CA license required
- Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
- Current number of case logs required for surgical specialties
