Clinical Role
Patient Care Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, including medication management
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
- Maintain accurate, compliant electronic health records
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

- Contribute to a culture of empathy, teamwork, and clinical excellence
- Education: Master's degree or higher - Required
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license - Required
- Experience: 1-5 years in a clinical or practice setting preferred; geriatric care experience a plus
- Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records
- Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, collaborative team player
- Certification: Nurse Practitioner - Required
- DEA: (If applicable) Must be eligible or current
- BLS/ACLS: (If applicable) Preferred
