Required Credentials

• Board Certification - REQUIRED
• Family Medicine
• Emergency Medicine
• Med-Peds

Physicians Only (no APPs) Experience Requirements Candidates must have:

• 3-6 years of experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
• Experience treating pediatric patients 3 months and older
