Locums - AnesthesiologistLocation: Logansport, Indiana Assignment Overview Procedural Requirements: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks Caselogs required to confirm procedural competency Staffing & Facility Details
- Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Daily Call)
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Call Schedule:
- Daily call (excluding OB)
- Low call-back volume
- Approx. 6 call-backs per month (shared between 2 MDs over the past year)
- Case Types Required:
- Endoscopy
- OB
- Pediatrics
- Urology
- ENT
- General Surgery
- GYN
- Orthopedics
- On-Site Providers: 5 MDs
- Supervision: Little to none; MDs handle their own cases
- ORs: 4
- EMR: Cerner
- Daily MD Duties:
- Pre-ops
- Breaks and lunch coverage
- Daytime OB epidurals
- Take over cases running past 5 PM
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology - Required
- Active Indiana License - Required
- Certificate of Insurance (IN PCF Compliant) - Required
