About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership teams for multi-billion-dollar EPC projects. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and help build the foundation for global infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand executive hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior-level roles in EPC environments.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external networks in engineering and construction sectors.
Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in executive search.
EPC industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to source and close senior-level talent.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
