Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Define role requirements and strategies with hiring managers Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications Maintain and utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Lever) Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics Support employer branding and attend hiring events if needed Requirements Required Skills: 5 Years of Strong experience in IT Recruitment Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment Proficiency in ATS tools Sourcing expertise using various platforms Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
