We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding caregivers committed to providing exceptional care. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle , ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and working closely with the hiring team to bring in top talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the Recruitment Process Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for caregiver roles, from job posting to onboarding . Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top caregiving talent. Candidate Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for prospective caregivers. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Build strong relationships with applicants to enhance engagement and retention. Talent Sourcing & Assessment Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach . Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and caregiving qualifications. Collaboration with Hiring Teams Partner with hiring managers and training teams to ensure an effective onboarding process. Provide feedback and recommendations on caregiver selection. Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and compliance documentation. Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations . Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Skills: ✅ Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (preferred but not required). ✅ Experience in hiring U.S.-based healthcare personnel — including CNAs, Nurses, Caregivers, and other allied health professionals — is a plus. ✅ Healthcare experience or caregiver recruitment is a plus . ✅ Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and establish trust. ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and convey information effectively. ✅ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. ✅ Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ✅ Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required). Technical & Work Setup: ✅ High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps). ✅ PC/Laptop: Minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent . ✅ Noise-canceling headset (preferred). ✅ Quiet & professional home office setup .
