Subcontracts Manager

to lead the full subcontracting lifecycle—from pre-bid strategy through project closeout. This is a high-impact role ideal for a skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of commercial construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and supplier management within complex, large-scale projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring subcontractor alignment with operational goals, cost controls, and project schedules, while collaborating with legal, project management, and executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractor engagement from pre-bid to closeout, including RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring

Prepare and review subcontractor agreements; ensure terms are compliant with corporate and regulatory standards

Monitor field performance through site visits and enforce safety, quality, and compliance protocols

Lead change order negotiations and coordinate early-stage dispute resolution with legal teams

Work cross-functionally with project managers and commercial stakeholders to maintain timelines and cost efficiency

Track and report subcontractor performance metrics and project updates to senior leadership

Oversee subcontractor invoicing and ensure timely, accurate payments

What You Bring: U.S. citizenship (required for security and regulatory compliance)

5–8 years of subcontract management experience in industrial, nuclear, construction, or engineering environments

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field

Strong command of commercial contract terms and large project execution

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Experience coordinating with legal teams and interpreting contractual risk

Proficiency in SAP and project management tools

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
