If yes, the Accelerated Path to Management Program may be right for you. You will start as a financial professional, learning to sell products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role with a six-month intensive training program.
Program Phases Phase 1: Financial Professional Experience Work as a financial professional during your first year, with extensive training, digital tools, and a comprehensive product suite.
Training and Resources Receive top-notch training and access to resources, including digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools.
Product Solutions Learn about our insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income, and investment products. Licensing and FINRA registration are required to offer investment products.
Phase 2: Transition to Associate Partner After meeting requirements, enter a six-month Associate Partner training program to develop leadership skills and build your team. Opportunities for growth and promotion are available throughout your career with us.
Compensation Initially, income is commission-based. Upon becoming an Associate Partner, a salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 (higher in CA and WA) plus bonuses and incentives based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and significant income potential, with an average income of $280,000 among recruiters in 2023.
