ARC is looking for a

Director, Product Management

to join our team! In this role, you will lead the profitable growth of ARC’s Corporate Data Product portfolio. You will direct all portfolio lifecycle activities, including product management, product concept/vision, strategic portfolio, and product planning, definition, go-to-market activities, and tactical execution based on ARC’s global corporate ticketing and related-products portfolio objectives. This role will own the strategy supporting the advancement of ARC’s Corporate Data capabilities in business development, product management, product development and fulfillment, and strategic customer and partner relationship management (related to products), including negotiating commercial terms with partners. Additionally, you will shape, direct, and execute the strategy and vision of ARC’s Corporate Data Products and serve as one of the public faces of this portfolio. This role will work directly with teams throughout the company to deliver products that build sustained value for ARC, our customers, and partners. This position requires a blend of deep commercial and technical expertise, strong business acumen, and sound judgment in investment and priority decisions to drive ARC’s profitability and revenue growth. You will drive understanding of customer needs, technology trends; play a lead role in advancing awareness of the competitive environment; set and manage the budget for the portfolio; and partner closely with technology leadership to align and optimize our operating model in support of customer and business objectives.

What You'll Get To Do

Set the vision, direction, and guiding principles for ARC’s Corporate Data Product portfolio, including current-year and long-term strategy, budget, forecast, and multi-year financial growth.

Manage teams performing product management for ARC’s Corporate Data Product team, setting strategic direction, priorities, budget, staffing, and service levels.

Define and drive product strategy aligned with ARC’s strategic objectives, ensuring a balanced product lifecycle and continuous improvement to deliver customer value.

Develop next-generation leaders in product management, identify successors, and create career development paths.

Lead and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Translate customer strategies and needs into portfolio strategies, investments, and roadmaps. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Legal, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products aligned with financial goals.

Serve as a public-facing leader, communicating ARC’s strategy and value to external stakeholders, industry events, press, and customer meetings. Contribute to ARC’s brand as an industry innovator.

Drive delivery of ARC products via matrixed management and build strong inter-departmental relationships, demonstrating company values and principles throughout the organization.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years in airline corporate travel data and relationships between airlines, corporations, and TMCs.

10+ years in Product Management, Product Development, or Project Management.

5+ years in the airline, Travel Management Agency, or Corporate Travel consulting space.
