We are seeking a

General Account Manager, based in Birmingham, AL . This position is an integral member of the Southeast Region's management team, responsible for leading commercial cleaning operations, ensuring service commitments are met, and exceeding budget and growth expectations. The role involves overseeing scheduling, training, performance management of staff, and meeting operational and sales targets for the market. The manager will also handle corporate expenses and drive revenue growth through additional service sales to current clients and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients. The position reports to the

Director of Operations, Southeast Region-AL .

Duties Include:

Develop long-term strategies and annual business plans for growth.

Oversee daily operations, sales activities, budgets, and team personnel.

Manage expenses related to cleaning services, including delivery, labor, and supplies.

Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify changing needs.

Review service delivery and staffing reports to address issues.

Analyze processes considering customer needs and service expectations.

Collaborate with company leaders to evaluate performance and regulatory trends.

Ensure all customer contract commitments are understood and scheduled accordingly.

Allocate resources and maintain inventories of supplies.

Monitor service delivery performance with staff and clients.

Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff.

Engage with senior managers and clients to promote business growth.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least five years of experience in janitorial or related industries, with management experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Business development experience and skills.

Compensation:

Salary: $60,000/year
