Job Description
Work with internal and external customers to scope projects, create work plans, track progress, budgets, and publish status reports.
Establish project quality requirements and ensure adherence to project execution standards.
Maintain all active project plans using MS Project or similar tools and assist team members in adopting these technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
Experience working in a shared service or BPO organization.
Strong skills in understanding business needs, communication, and working with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project scheduling and PPPM software like MS Project and Project Server.
