Responsibilities: Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and execution as the team's technical head. Hire, build, and manage a high-performing engineering team. Partner closely with the CEO and Co-Founder to shape product direction and align technology with business goals. Turn business objectives into scalable technical solutions and deliver against key performance metrics. Design and implement AI-driven features like chatbots, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems. Ideal Candidate: Senior-level engineering leader with startup/early-stage experience Familiarity with
