Your Impact: This position will provide overall administrative support from an internship standpoint to the HR Department. This position will work with the HR Team and Hiring Managers to assist with recruiting, onboarding, HR administrative functions and other HR related projects. Essential Duties: Assist in job applicant review, phone screens and interview scheduling. Assist with administering applicant questionnaire, PI assessments and correspondence letters. Assist with recruitment sourcing. Assist with HR metrics. Assist in new employee orientation activities. Assist with maintaining employment records, filing systems, and other departmental records. Additional projects assigned as needed. Job Requirements: Ability to maintain HR confidentiality. Very strong written and verbal communications. Highly organized and structured, high attention to detail. Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects. Ability to interface effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Very strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Collaborative and team cohesiveness. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of one year in an accredited college pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Sophomore and/or Junior status preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience and moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Accuracy in work and ability to follow through.
