Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer to join our growing Seattle office and to lead our Multi-Family Housing projects. Who we’re looking for: The ideal candidate is a creative, flexible team player who takes ownership of their projects and daily tasks. They should possess strong design skills, experience with established hospitality brands, and excellent client relationship and presentation skills. Previous experience managing a team of designers and collaborating directly with architects on new construction projects is preferred. Qualifications
Required: Experience designing high-end and market-rate multifamily housing Experience interfacing with clients and managing design teams 8+ years of diverse project experience with a strong background in hospitality or multifamily housing design Proficiency in space planning, design, drawing, and material/finish selections Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and size Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Revit (primary) and AutoCAD Desire and ability to mentor junior staff Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university Preferred: NCIDQ and LEED accreditation Project management experience Additional Information All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
