We proudly serve the Mercer Island, Columbia City, and Newcastle areas. Responsibilities As a Driver Associate delivering Amazon packages for Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, follow the four rules: show up on time and be ready to work; deliver Amazon packages on time, every time; drive safely with no incidents; and go home safely. Follow these four rules consistently; if you can, we may be the right fit for you. Three Ways to Earn Pay : Starts at $21.75/hr with periodic performance reviews. 90-day probationary review with potential to move to $22.00/hr. 6-month review with potential promotion to $22.25/hr. 12-month review with potential promotion to $22.75/hr. Guaranteed Hours : You are paid for scheduled hours, not clocked hours. If you are scheduled for 40 hours and complete the work in 35 hours, you will still be paid for 40 hours provided you followed the four rules. Weekly Bonuses based on the DSP Scorecard. Qualifying drivers deliver an average of 1000 packages per 40-hour work week. Bonus: 0.04 per package delivered (approximately $1.00 per hour).
