Re‑key cylinders and cores; cut keys based on code. Install and repair access control hardware including electric strikes, automatic operators, electrified locks, and magnetic locks. Respond to emergency work orders, which may involve after‑hours, weekend, and holiday calls. Read and interpret instructions, floor plans, diagrams, and schematics. Fulfill customer‑specific requirements such as IVR procedures, capturing pictures, and managing check‑in/check‑out processes. Diagnose field issues and communicate necessary product replacements or repairs. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in locksmithing and/or access control. Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices for data entry and communications. Clean driving record without restrictions. Familiarity with life safety, fire codes, and ADA requirements. Preferred (Not Required) AAADM certification. Experience in hollow‑metal door and frame installation and service. Experience in safe and ATM service.
