This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs. Responsibilities Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members Field calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims Problem solves and helps people find solutions Performs office administrative operations Other tasks and projects as assigned Team Fit Serving others in their time of need is not easy.
