Role: Director Level - Cyber Incident Response
Full-time/Permanent role. No 3rd parties/sponshorship
Must be comfortable working in St. Paul, MN area 4 days in a week.
Open to relocation for the right candidate.
This role would be responsible for leading the response to cybersecurity incidents across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to lead the incident response team in identifying, managing, and resolving cybersecurity incidents. Develop and implement incident response strategies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing incident response teams. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC is highly desirable. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in incident response tools and methodologies. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management. Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and MITRE ATT&CK. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
