We are seeking an experienced Quality Lab Technician with strong expertise in Faro Arm measurement systems and precision inspection. This role plays a key part in ensuring product accuracy, engineering compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Perform dimensional inspections using Faro Arm & precision tools Interpret technical drawings, engineering specs & GD&T Verify parts and assemblies to internal and customer standards Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation Work with engineering & production teams to resolve discrepancies Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis Maintain equipment calibration and a clean lab environment
Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Faro Arm or portable CMM systems Strong GD&T and metric measurement knowledge Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Proficiency with CAM2 or similar measurement software High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred: Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality management systems
