specializing in polyethylene films
including plastic bags, single line sheeting, and printed/colored bags
is seeking a
hands-on Production Supervisor
to lead a team of 1012 production staff on the weekend day shift.
This is a
critical on-site leadership role
ensuring smooth operations and strong team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do Lead and manage a production team during the FridaySunday day shift (6AM6PM). Maintain production output, quality standards, and safety compliance. Serve as a working supervisoractively involved on the floor, not just observing. Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to a team of operators. Collaborate with other supervisors and the Production Manager to ensure consistency across all shifts.
What Were Looking For Required:
Prior production experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred:
Familiarity with blown film production (monolayer single extrusion)
not required, but an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Hands-on approach and willingness to learn on the job if unfamiliar with specific equipment. Ability to occasionally train with other supervisors or the Production Manager during onboarding (approx. 8 additional hours per week as needed).
