As an award-winning Century 21 affiliate, we’re known for our fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where your contributions will directly support our exceptional real estate operations. We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented admin to work with our real estate agents as part of our support staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and agents in a professional and welcoming manner
• Work closely with our real estate agents to assist with the pending sales and transaction files
• Gather documents from our online platform to set up and audit files for compliance before sharing with attorneys and lenders
• Provide administrative support to agents and management, including daily office operations and communication
• Prepare and maintain reports on company production, sales, and agent activity
• Assist with general office duties such as phones, emails, scheduling, and file management
• Hours are Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Previous office experience is REQUIRED; real estate experience is helpful but not mandatory
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up skills
• Able to work independently once trained and demonstrate responsibility for assigned tasks
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and comfortable with online platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Compensation

$20 hourly negotiable
