What We’re Looking For



We're on the hunt for an Entry Level Account Manager to join our full-time crew. You'll be diving into learning how to run the show, overseeing all the bits and pieces of our marketing campaigns. We need someone who's a communication genius and can totally anticipate the needs of AT&T customers. The Entry Level Account Manager role is crucial in knocking AT&T’s current goals out of the park!

Our Entry Level Account Manager will support senior leadership on the following:



Account Management and Client Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts or engage with senior-level clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships.
  • Offer strategic guidance to both clients and the account team.
  • Proactively identify and address clients' immediate and long-range strategic needs.
  • Plan and lead strategic client meetings effectively.
  • Continuously deliver value and expert advice to clients.
  • Work to retain and grow existing accounts to drive revenue increases.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing programs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Directly supervise account staff, providing clear structure and guidance for managing their responsibilities.
  • Motivate, mentor, and support the professional growth of team members.


Strategic and Financial Responsibilities:

  • Assume financial accountability for the division, assigned accounts, and team performance. xrczosw
