Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume phone screens for production roles

    • Job posting duties not included in this role

    • All hiring is local to Michigan

  • Perform onsite interviews for production candidates

  • Support onboarding processes (training provided and responsibilities will expand over time)

  • Utilize the company's ATS and partner closely with the HR and operations teams

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience

  • Familiarity with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) xrczosw

  • Proficiency in Word and basic/intermediate Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle (ATS or ERP)

  • Background in manufacturing

  • High-volume recruiting

  • Bachelor's degree
