Responsibilities RECRUITER The Recruiter role involves building a foundation in staffing and sales, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates, and negotiating job offers. Employees typically spend about six months as a Recruiter before advancing to Account Manager or Professional Recruiter roles. ACCOUNT MANAGER Account Managers work directly with hiring managers, building relationships, understanding staffing needs, and collaborating with recruiters to fill roles. They focus on staffing solutions rather than selling products. PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER Professional Recruiters focus on identifying top talent and pairing candidates with jobs, maintaining relationships post-placement, and ensuring a high-quality experience. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $35,600 to $64,000 depending on location, plus a $5,000 signing bonus. Promotions lead to increased salaries, bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Average earnings can reach $73,000 in Year 2, up to $194,000 in Year 4, with various incentives and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
