Responsibilities RECRUITER The Recruiter role involves building a foundation in staffing and sales, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates, and negotiating job offers. Employees typically spend about six months as a Recruiter before advancing to Account Manager or Professional Recruiter roles. ACCOUNT MANAGER Account Managers work directly with hiring managers, building relationships, understanding staffing needs, and collaborating with recruiters to fill roles.
