Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in bulk hiring and BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring smooth hiring operations for large-scale recruitment drives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring and BPO roles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.
Organize and participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, and mass recruitment events.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports for tracking hiring metrics.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong experience in volume hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referral programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure recruitment environment.
