What you’ll do Lead full‑cycle recruiting for Product roles, including Product Managers, Product Leaders, and Technical Program Managers. Partner with Product leadership to design scalable top‑of‑funnel strategies. Craft thoughtful outreach that sparks interest and reflects Figma’s voice. Deeply understand Figma’s products and mission—and share that story with candidates. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and memorable experience. Stay organized across pipelines and track progress through data and metrics. Continuously improve our interview process to assess talent more effectively. Collaborate across teams to lead and contribute to high‑impact recruiting projects. We'd love to hear from you if you have 7+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience. 2+ years focused on Product or Design recruiting. A track record of building pipelines and shaping sourcing strategies. Deep familiarity with Product and/or Design communities and the latest tech trends. Proven success partnering with leaders to navigate complex offers to close top candidates. Experience hiring exceptional technical talent at a high‑growth startup or leading tech company. Bonus: We'd love it if you also have A knack for managing high‑volume pipelines with speed, care, and great communication. Experience using Figma’s products. A team‑first mindset—you live by “lift your team” and love learning from peers. Experience with Gem and Greenhouse. Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Design Services Location: One of our US hubs or remote in the United States Pay Transparency Disclosure Annual base salary range (SF/NY hub): $136,000 – $210,000 USD. For remote roles, the range is 80‑100% of the hub range based on location.
