Details :
- Setting: providing primary care services to geriatric patients in a PACE clinic setting located in Kokomo, IN.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active IN state license
- Certifications: BLS, CDS, DEA, BC
- Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
- A minimum of one 3-5 years working with the frail or elderly population or in an outpatient internal medicine setting
Compensation :
- Receive weekly paycheck
- 100% malpractice insurance covered
