Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Range: $15 - $16/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This is a Part Time Visitor Services position candidates, MUST be available to work on Saturdays. The hours of operation for the facility are Monday from 1-5, Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5, closed on Sunday. Looking for someone to work around 30 hours per week.

Job Duties:

· Ensures that all guests to the Client’s Pavilion receive an exceptional Client’s experience.

· Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility.

· Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties.

· Assist in all general daily activities as needed.

· Receives ongoing training and development.

· Works special events, including set up, and tear down.

· Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays. xrczosw

· Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.

· Greet guests, tour groups, etc.

· Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front desk

· Take tour reservation with guests via phone

· Greet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layout
