Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a supportive and dedicated team. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, job postings, candidate outreach, and key administrative processes to help drive successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and distribute all preparatory materials to candidates.
- Manage onboarding details and assist with candidate start-date logistics.
- Conduct ongoing candidate engagement and quality checks to maintain service standards.
- Perform initial candidate screenings and assist with sourcing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with active and future openings.
- Post and update job openings on Indeed and other job boards.
- Create LinkedIn job posts and recruitment-focused content to support hiring efforts.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support.
- Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
