Solution Architect – Senior

Key Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Technical expertise in solution architecture design, application and tool analysis, emerging technologies, cloud computing, and data architecture modeling.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree.
0–5+ years of relevant experience.
Specialized technical skills in solution architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost‑benefit analysis.
Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies.
A passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree is preferred.
What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package: the base salary range for this role is $112,300 to $185,400 nationwide, and $134,700 to $210,700 in NYC, Washington, CA (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
A flexible, hybrid working model with up to 60% onsite time for external, client‑serving roles.
