Full-Time The
BCBA Therapist
is responsible for designing, supervising, and implementing individualized behavioral treatment programs for children receiving ABA therapy. This role requires strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clinical Case Management Design and implement
individualized treatment plans
and
behavioral support strategies Develop and adjust programs based on ongoing assessment and client progress Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities Collaboration & Supervision Collaborate with directors, parents, and client support networks to review case progress Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists Communicate effectively with funding sources regarding progress reports, authorizations, and meetings Client & Team Support Ensure adherence to ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and treatment fidelity Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development Maintain documentation, clinical notes, and progress reports according to policy Required BCBA Certification OR
Master’s degree + completed ABA coursework Knowledge of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
and
Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills Proficiency in spoken and written English Ability to communicate routinely with team members regarding schedules and client needs Skills and Certifications BCBA Certification Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavioral program development Clinical supervision skills Strong documentation and communication skills
