Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (flexible start between 6 AM–10 AM) Position Overview: Seeking an experienced

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on comprehensive evaluation, evidence-based treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized plans of care in alignment with regulatory and clinical standards. Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide treatment. Continuously assess progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members. Complete thorough documentation, including treatment notes and discharge summaries. Accurately record treatment minutes and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and professional development. Obtain necessary DME or supplies related to patient care. Supervise and support CFY or student SLPs as needed. Maintain adherence to ASHA guidelines, state practice acts, and professional ethics. Schedule & Expectations: Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts. No weekends required (unless making up hours for a weekday holiday). No on-call responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Minimum

1 year of SLP experience

(new grads accepted with Level II clinical experience). LTC or Rehab experience

required. Active Missouri SLP license

required. CCC-SLP certification

required. Preference for candidates with

3 years of active CCS experience . One professional reference required at submission. Licensing: Missouri license required. Compact license accepted.
