Role Overview

Intalex is partnered with a well‑funded AI healthtech SaaS startup in San Francisco that is looking for a Founding Recruiter to build their talent function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• ???? Post–Series A AI / SaaS startup focused on automating critical workflows for healthcare provider groups
• ???? Product already live with multi‑site provider groups and delivering strong ROI case studies
• ???? Founding Recruiter owning full‑cycle hiring for senior/staff engineers and key GTM/ops roles
• ???? Build the entire recruiting engine: process, interview design, reporting, and talent brand from scratch
• ???? Future responsibility to oversee an ops recruiter for high‑volume hiring, while staying hands‑on with strategic searches
• ???? $150k–$200k base + meaningful equity (salary is flexible on all roles we recruit)
• ???? An in‑house recruiter who’s closed senior/staff engineers into early‑stage or growth‑stage startups
• ✅ Someone who genuinely enjoys being very hands‑on with sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting, not just managing a big team

Qualifications

• Stand‑out candidates with 3+ years of in‑house recruiting experience (not including agency), including closing senior/staff software engineers into early‑stage or growth‑stage SaaS startups and owning full‑cycle recruiting (from sourcing to offer)
