What You’ll Do

• Own the full‑cycle recruiting process—source, engage, and close high‑caliber engineers, operators, and product leaders.
• Partner with founders and executives to forecast hiring needs and define scalable processes.
• Design and iterate on recruiting funnels, metrics, and candidate experiences.
• Represent FurtherAI’s vision and culture to candidates and the talent market.
• Build strong connections within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
• Establish and document best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding for our recruiting function.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at fast‑growing startups or tech companies.
• Experience hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and operational roles.
• A proven track record in high‑ownership, fast‑paced environments—passion for scaling early‑stage teams is a must.
• Strong ability to communicate, champion company culture, and close top talent.
• Bonus: Experience as a founding recruiting hire, or background in B2B SaaS recruiting.
• Above all: Drive, grit, and ownership. We want builders, not just job‑seekers.
