Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
- Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to for all production equipment and machinery.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management within a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
- Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to the workforce or international operations.
