The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.

- Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and performance-manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production bottlenecks or quality issues.
- Proficiency in safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages common among the local workforce.
